Hi-Oak White is a hybrid hen bought in as day-old chicks from the Hendrix Gene hatchery. We raise these birds in exactly the same environment as our rare breeds. It is one of the world’s best White egg layer. She can on average produce an egg every 36 hours (5 a week). She begins to lay around 19-20 weeks old. These hens are adaptable to all types of housing systems and have a superb shell quality.

They are very docile and have a great temperament.
